- Prior to the commencement of the session, please stand in front of your poster.
- During the sessions, the presenting authors have to be presence next to the posters.
- Presenters are responsible for both setting up and removing their posters according to the presentation schedule.
- Any material left on the poster board after removal time will be discarded without any notice.
- CBS 2024 do not take any responsibility for anything left at the end of the removal time.
Best Poster Awards Review and Announcement
- The Best Poster Award winners will be chosen on March 21 during the Poster Session.
- The winners will be announced at the Welcome Reception on March 21, 18:30-20:00.
- Award winners will receive an email from the secretariat to confirm their attendance at the Welcome Reception following the Poster Session on March 21.
Poster Size
- Your Poster Size: 90cm (W) x 120cm (H) *Maximum size
- Poster Board Size: 95cm (W) x 230cm (H)
- A poster panel and poster number (Code No.) will be provided for each poster.
- The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top.
- Adhesive tape will be available to attach your poster to the panel. (Tape will be provided in the poster hall)
